What we collect
If you book a chat or session, we collect the details you give in the booking form, like your name, email and what you'd like help with. If you email us, we have your email and whatever you write. If you ask to join the newsletter, we keep your name and email address for that.
Why we collect it
To organise and invoice any sessions you book, to reply to your messages, and to send the newsletter if you've asked for it. We won't sell your information or use it for anything else without asking.
Where it's stored
Bookings are handled by Cal.com and email by Google. When the newsletter starts, it'll be sent with Kit (ConvertKit). These services may store data outside New Zealand.
Your choices
You can unsubscribe from the newsletter any time. Under the Privacy Act 2020 you can ask to see or correct the personal information we hold about you. Just email [email protected].
Website analytics
The site is hosted on Cloudflare. If we turn on Cloudflare Web Analytics, it counts page visits without cookies and without tracking you across other sites.
